How do I return an item?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a return label.

How do I care for my GORE-TEX garments?
To maintain the waterproof integrity of your GORE-TEX items, we recommend machine washing on a warm cycle with liquid detergent and tumble drying for 20 minutes to reactivate the DWR coating.
Do I have to pay import duties on international orders?
For orders within the EU and USA, duties are included. For other international destinations, local taxes and customs duties may be applied by the carrier upon arrival.
